Preseason Polls - Northwest Division
Just for fun I thought we would start some polls to see who the favorites are to win the league. We'll start going division by division and the winners of each poll will face off. Since we are breaking this down by division we can vote for ourselves, if we want and still get some good results.

I voted Pigskins here
Really strong WR core, RBs with major upside especially if Sproles can be a PPR beast again and Murray can stay healthy and build upon his breakout games last season.. And then having Gronk for a TE is a huge advantage every week.
The offseason pickups of Brady and Welker were really good. Puts a lot of faith every week in the Pats, but it's typically tough to bet against them!

I'd agree the Pigskins are the cream of the crop here. Solid at all positions. Little scary counting on the Pats that much but that isn't a bad bet most seasons.
If only Sabertooths had a starting QB, they have some solid pieces at other positions with Mendy, Turner, Fitz, Harvin, Maclin and Finley.

I'm going with the Pigskins as well. While leaning on the Pats heavily and a little light at the RB spot he has a lot of talent throughout the roster.
At the end of the day I think the Pats will do what the Pats do and he can expect strong stats coming from that WR group. By mid-season the Pigskins will be open up a 3 game edge.

Usually, when the commissioner has a good team, these are the kind of polls you see...
The Pigskins should walk away with this division. Brandon's starting lineup is solid top to bottom, and he has a little depth to go with it. Very likely title contender in 2012.
Brady
Murray
Sproles
Tate/Britt
Welker
Wallace
Nicks
Gronk

Pigskins, and it doesn't seem that close. Brady is nice to have (take from his former owner who rode his coattails).

Funny that each other team has exactly one vote each. I wonder who voted for those guys....
While I'd love to see my team crush the division, realistically it seems like Brandon's waaay out in front as long as Tom Brady doesn't suffer a season-ending ankle injury in the season opener. I feel like my team has improved quite a bit from the massive turd pile I inherited last year, but there's an obvious difference between a team in rebuilding mode and one that's had years to develop under a consistent philosophy.
