Thanks man. Is there anyway to add a link to the desktop version to the bottom of the mobile site? I know other sites do that.

Not really, generally when you see sites doing that they are maintaining 2 separate versions of the site. I don't have the ability with MFL (or bandwidth) to do that. What you can do is request the desktop site from your browser. That will give you a zoomed out experience and make it so you don't have to side scroll as often, you'll have to zoom in and out instead.

In Android you hit the menu in the upper right and there is a request desktop site button.
