Draft FAQ:

Q: Does each team have to draft until all players are picked or can we pass if we don't like any players?

A: You won't be able to pass. All players and draft picks must be selected

Q: Do we have to just select players or can we also select rookie draft picks?

A: You can select either players or draft picks in any combination you want. You don't have pick any draft picks if you don't want to, or you can try to draft all of them. Up to you.

What will the draft order be?
I'll use a random number generator.

Is it a snake draft?
Yes, whoever picks 1st will also pick 6th and 7th and will continue to have 2 picks in a row after that. Whoever picks 3rd will always pick 2 in a row. Whoever picks 2nd will only pick one at a time.

Q: After I draft a player how do I actually get them?

A: In order to preserve the salary information you'll need to actually trade all the players to each other. The fastest way would be to propose a trade to the owner after you make your selection on the message board.

Q: How can I tell who has been drafted and who is still available?

A: To start I placed all players on either the IR or practice squad, those players are all available to be drafted.
:owned:
Make sure you place all your players in active status to indicated they are on your team and thus not available to be picked.

Q: Are their other owners already in the league that will be submitting their teams into the dispersal draft. Or will it just be the 3 of us?

A: Only the 3 new owners will be in the dispersal draft.

Salary Cap FAQ:

Q: How much cap space do I have again?

A: 45 million. You won't be able to go over the cap at any point in the draft.

Q: The 3 teams have a little bit of dead money. How will we handle that?

A: We'll pool all the dead money between the 3 clubs and divide it up equally and round to the nearest thousand.

741,625
+380,000
+291,500

$471,000 each to start with
That leaves each team with $44,529,000 of free cap space to work with.

Q: On Feb 15th do all my players still get a 10% raise?

A: Yes, all players that you don't tag will get a 10% raise and their contracts will decrease by one year.

Q: Can I drop players I don't want after the draft?

A: Yes, all players that you don't want should be dropped before Feb 15th. A portion of the 2020 salary (see league rules) will count as additional dead money for 2020.

Q: Do I have to save cap room to sign all my rookies?

A: Yes but not right now. Before the rookie draft you will have to have enough cap space to sign all our rookies. Also, rookies can be placed directly on the practice squad where they only count at half their salary level.

Trading FAQ:

Q: Can we trade with existing owners during the draft?

A: Yes, as long as the player you are trading is someone you actually picked. (You can't trade players that haven't been picked yet.)

Q: What if an existing owner wants to trade for my current pick. Can they do that?

A: If you both email me about the agreed upon trade. I'll set it up. Alternatively, if the player is already on your roster (from the old team) but you haven't picked them yet, its probably easiest to pick the player they want and then trade them away.

I can't wait to see the draft strategies employed by the teams involved.

The FAQ is extremely well written, it covers everything.

LBer owned Cowboy Up's pick which I don't think you listed.
It was a trade involving that pick and Aaron Jones
